Customers sometimes mistakenly refer to pallet wrap dispensers as shrink wrap dispensers.

Hand dispensers can increase the speed of dispensing, making it easier to prepare even the largest consignment. This handy tool is robust and suitable for medium duty use. It requires minimal assembly out of the box and roll change is quick and simple. The twist grip handle keeps the roll secure and allows you to adjust tension whilst wrapping.

This dispenser can be used with 400-500mm rolls with 38mm or 50mm cores. Recommended for use with our standard hand pallet wrap.

Dispenser trolley

This innovative trolley is designed to make transporting rolls of stretch wrap quick and easy. Tough and durable, this mobile trolley can hold up to 6 rolls of individual wrap, ideal for use with all common hand pallet wraps. It features a tilted handle bar for ease of use, 2 sturdy wheels and 6 prongs. Simply slip on the desired amount of rolls, transport and remove when needed.

Coreless hand pallet wrap dispenser

Wrapping pallets by hand can often be a time consuming and uncomfortable process. Users can effectively and efficiently wrap pallets with our coreless dispenser. Its unique design ensures users have something to grip onto, making the wrapping process a lot smoother. This not only saves time, but also reduces health and safety risks as coreless pallet wrap dispensing can be tricky.

This simple yet effective lightweight design comes in two parts. Place each part at either end of the coreless pallet wrap and slot together.

Hold the combined unit like a hand pallet wrap and start wrapping. Grip the end with the small protruding knobs, which will stay in place. The end with diagonal grooves contains an internal mechanism that facilitates smooth rotation of the pallet wrap as you pull. This design allows users to wrap pallets more quickly and comfortably.

Carbon Fibre Dispenser

Our carbon fibre hand stretch dispenser is made for efficient performance and user comfort. Weighing in at just 450g, it minimises strain and reduces health and safety risks associated with manual wrapping. Its ergonomic bowed handle design helps to eliminate operator fatigue, improving wrapping efficiency by up to 20%.

Users can remove and replace rolls in seconds with twist-lock mechanism. Tension can easily be adjusted by turning twist-lock mechanism anticlockwise. The dispenser ensures consistent application of pallet wrap, improving overall wrapping quality and speed.

This dispenser is available with our without magnets attached. The magnets aid easy storage and handling, allowing users to place the dispenser onto warehouse racking or any other metal surface when it is not in use.

Nano 5 x 5 dispenser

The 5x5 pallet wrap hand dispenser offers advanced wrapping technology with a patented design that brings machine efficiency to hand use. This ergonomic, one-handed dispenser allows users to wrap pallets comfortably while walking forward, minimising bending and stretching to reduce health risks. Integrated pre-stretch gears ensure optimal film stretch, preventing overstretching and film waste.

Our 5x5 dispenser works exclusively with our nano-film, designed for enhanced performance. Available in clear or black, the film and dispenser are sold separately, with options for bundles and individual rolls.
