Polythene pallet top covers
Once you have protected your products in the most efficient way possible, you do not want to leave them exposed to any potential bad conditions that could come their way. Our pallet top covers are an easy to use product, to ensure your items are protected and to keep them in the best possible condition.
We supply two types of polythene pallet cover, gusseted and centrefold (available in clear and black). Our black pallet top cover is designed to stop your goods from being identified, should they be valuable or sensitive. Our gusseted pallet top covers are welded at the bottom causing your pallet top cover to sit flat on top of your goods.
We also supply pallet top covers that come boxed in a smaller quantity, ideal for lower volumes. These are available in both gusseted and centrefold.
Polythene pallet top covers: dust sheets
Our polythene pallet dust sheets are designed to protect palletised goods, specifically from the elements of dirt/dust in warehouse and storage environments. Manufactured from high strength virgin material, they are not suitable for heat shrinking. Our top covers have proved very popular with customers who on occasion have to store pallets of goods outside and want to ensure they are protected from rain, wind or snow. For warehouse conditions where dust or dirt can be a problem, the pallet covers provide the perfect protection.
Depending on the quantity you require we offer our centrefold pallet top covers perforated on a roll, the sheets simply tear off, open out to their 3 dimensions and can be pulled quickly and easily down the pallet.
- Centre folded pallet top sheet 1800x1400mm, to suit a pallet measuring 1200x800 without an overhang, supplied as singles packed into boxes
- Centre folded pallet top sheet 1800x1600mm, to suit a pallet measuring 1200x1000 without an overhang, supplied as singles packed into boxes
- Centre folded pallet top sheet 1800x1800mm, to suit a pallet measuring 1200x1200mm without an overhang, supplied perforated on a roll
- Centre folded black pallet top sheet 1800x1800mm, to suit a pallet measuring 1200x1200mm without an overhang, supplied as singles into packed boxes
Polythene pallet top covers: gusseted pallet hoods
Our gusseted pallet top covers are welded at the bottom causing your pallet top cover to sit flat on top of your goods. The dimensions in the second table above show the length and width of the bags as well as the size of the gusset when fully extended. They completely cover your pallet from top to bottom.
They are also available as boxed singles or on a roll, ranging from 30 micron to 100. See the more info buttons for each specification.
Both sizes 1300x1850mm (on a roll and boxed) and 1300 x 2050mm can be heat shrunk using Kite's heat shrink guns.
