What is a pallet truck?
A pallet truck, also known as a pump truck or a pallet jack, is a tool that’s designed to move palletised loads with ease.
Ease of moving palletised loads
The pallet trucks use a hydraulic pump mechanism to securely raise the pallets off the ground, ensuring easy movement of both light and heavy loads.
Versatile environments
Pallet trucks are ideal for a wide range of settings including warehouses, distribution centres, and retail environments, making them a versatile tool across various industries.
Enhanced safety
The pallet truck allows heavier loads to be safely carried with reduced risks of injury while increasing operational efficiencies.
Adjustable fork height
The pallet truck's forks can be lowered to 85mm and raised to a maximum height of 195mm, ensuring that the pallets are securely lifted off the ground. This prevents the pallet from scraping along the floor, reducing damage & accidents. To further reduce the risk of accidents occurring secure your palletised loads with our pallet stabilising bands or our industry-leading range of machine and hand pallet wrap.
Durable nylon wheels
All wheels on the pallet trucks are made from nylon, meaning they are resistant to spills and debris due to them having less friction compared to other wheel types; this also increases the ease of manoeuvrability when handling the truck. The steering wheel is 180 mm in diameter and 50 mm in width; this ensures stability during use, whilst the tandem wheels underneath the forks are 70 mm in diameter and 80 mm in width.
Maximum load capacity
The pallet trucks have a maximum loading capacity of 2000kg.
Precision measurements and user-friendly controls
The scale pallet truck will accurately measure in increments of 0.5kg and can be operated via the onboard control panel or remote control.
