A case erector is a packaging machine that is designed to automate the process of forming and assembling corrugated cardboard boxes, or cases, from flat, unassembled sheets. It is also known as a box erector, carton erector and box erector machine within the packaging industry. These are all different names for a machine that essentially performs the same function.

Incorporating a carton erector into your packaging process can significantly improve your business’s carton forming and sealing process. The average packer erects three boxes per minute, while a standard case erector produces ten, providing a productivity increase of around 233%. Our case erector can make up twelve boxes per minute, delivering a greater boost for your business.

Carton blanks are stored vertically in this carton erector, allowing operators to add more units without halting operation.
