The Role
We are seeking a data analyst with 1-2 years’ experience who is ready to take more responsibility and help improve decision making and drive change at Kite Packaging. You will work across the business helping to identify performance improvements and showcase where better decisions can be made. You will utilise Kite’s data to help improve commercial performance across the business.
You will have a core skillset in SQL and Python, with a strong foundation in statistics.
The day to day will involve working as part of the data team, working closely with other key departments where you will use data insights to support sales, marketing, commercial and strategic decision making across the business.
Your career as a Data Analyst within Kite Packaging will develop over time as your understanding of the business develops. This role covers a number of skillsets within the world of data, from engineering to analytics and your skillset will evolve over time as you progress alongside the growth in Kite.
The areas the Data Analyst with initially be exposed to includes:
- Website Analytics
- Product Sales Analysis
- Business performance analysis
- Customer Insight
- Attribution Modelling
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational colleagues to identify performance opportunities
- Build and develop reports to enable self-service analytics
- Support product analytics meetings, delivering insight and suggesting improvements
- Supporting projects with analytics to ensure results are measured
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years experience working in a data role
- Evidence of delivering a commercial outcome with data
- A degree level background in maths, economics, computer science or similar
- SQL, Python, understanding of version control
- Experience with Microsoft technologies
