VACANCY: Customer Service & Sales Advisor - Shredhouse  

Location: Pewsey

Shredhouse have a brilliant opportunity for a Telesales Advisor to join their team in Pewsey. Kite Packaging was founded in 2001 with a unique vision and a philosophy of employee-ownership. The role of Customer Service & Sales Advisor:

The role will specifically cover the following areas:

  • Reach out to potential customers to generate enquiries, leads and adding to their own portfolio of companies.
  • Responsible for answering inbound calls and providing customer service for existing Shredhouse customers as well as looking for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborative working with the wider team, using a range of systems such as Sage, D365 and in house excel reports.
  • Processing orders for the manufacturing team, including processing sales orders, preparing paperwork, allocating stock and other administration around the office.

Key Skills and Essential Experience:

The successful candidate will have experience in Telesales or other sales roles, with the following skills:

  • Experience in generating new business
  • Develop and grow relationship with existing customers
  • Develop strategies to reengage with lapsed customers
  • Daily account management and customer care
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a small team
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

  • 27.5 hours per week with standard hours between 09:00am-15:00pm
  • Holidays 22 days per year rising by 1 each year to 25, including an option to buy or sell a maximum of 3 days, plus statutory holidays.
