1. You should use the filter buttons below to decide on which size you need by selecting your tray/cap. We offer the three most common pallet sizes (800 x 600mm, 1200 x 800mm & 1200 x 1000mm)
2. Choose your sleeve. You should match this with your tray/cap size. Then choose which strength you want. We offer 200KT/BC for standard application and 600 ACEBOARD for a heavy duty solution.
3. You now need to decide whether you would like a pallet to go with your box. Again we have a choice of the most common sizes in 2 strengths.
4. You should decide whether you want to purchase a hammer tacker to attach the pallet box to the pallet.

Build Your Own Tray, Cap & Sleeve Pallet Boxes
To construct your ideal pallet box, follow these straightforward steps. Begin by selecting your preferred pallet size from the three common options: 1/2 Europa, 1/1 Europa, or 1/1 UK standard.
Next, match your pallet tray and pallet cap with our sleeves, which are available in two strengths. The standard 200KT/BC pallet sleeve is great for regular applications, while the heavy-duty 600 ACEBOARD pallet sleeve is ideal for robust packaging needs.
If you require a pallet to accompany your box, we’ve got you covered. Our pallets are also available in 2 strengths so you should consider the weight and durability requirements of your cargo when making your selection. All our pallets are heat-treated and ISPM15 compliant.
Finally, think about whether you want to purchase a hammer tacker and staples. This tool ensures a reliable connection between the pallet box and the pallet, preventing any shifting during transport or storage.
