Our Sittingbourne RDC Has Relocated Due to Growth

Following Kite’s continued success and growth, our Sittingbourne Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) has moved into their new premises on 24th April 2023, enabling further growth and higher service levels to its customers.

With over 50,000 square feet, capacity for 5000 pallets and a three acre yard for in and outbound deliveries, Kite’s Sittingbourne RDC is the biggest and fastest growing site to date. The relocation will be essential for the RDC’s continued growth and will house the operation’s warehouse and office space. 

The new site is set to create over 10 jobs including managerial roles within the company’s warehouse, internal accounts, and business development teams. Other roles include management apprentice and warehouse operatives. 

Featuring solar panels for sourcing renewable energy, the RDC’s new home echoes Kite’s ethos around sustainability. The RDC itself provides bespoke packaging solutions with an emphasis on reducing environmental impact and achieving cost-savings for their customers.
