BUBBLE WRAP
A lightweight, strong, flexible, waterproof cushioning material. Bubble wrap is made using
two layers of polythene which form the bubble
and seal in air.
Available in a range of widths from 100mm to 2400mm
and length perforations of 100mm upwards.
Can also be dispensed using a stand with cutter for ease
of use.
Bubble wrap, being flexible, forms to the shape of your product, whilst its lightweight nature helps lower delivery costs.

AIR & AIR QUILT CUSHIONING
Air cushions are lightweight, easy to handle and
can be used for voidfill. Air quilts which have linked cushions of air are effective for 'block and brace,' but can also be used to fill voids.
The small ambient air machine produces the cushion by inflating and sealing pre-formed film supplied on a roll.
For low volume requirements cushions can be supplied
pre-inflated in boxes.

FOAM-IN-PLACE
Offering probably the highest level of cushioning
and protection, foam-in-place is available in two convenient options depending on the volume required.
For large users there is an automated system capable of producing many different bag sizes, simply and quickly at
the touch of a button.
For smaller users there is a range of manually activated,
room temperature bags.
PAPER CUSHIONING
The paper cushioning system converts paper on the roll into a pad. Paper systems are economical, quick and environmentally sensitive with pads being fully recyclable and re-usable.
Paper cushioning has the advantage that it is a single material made using layers of paper.
The pads fit round all shapes and reliably protect and brace goods in a box against impact.
POLYSTYRENE LOOSEFILL
Manufactured using recycled polystyrene without the use of CFCs, it is light, non-toxic and re-usable.
Bulk dispensers are available.
BIODEGRADABLE LOOSEFILL
Our environmentally sensitive biodegradable loosefill, manufactured using starch, is compostable.

SINGLE FACED CORRUGATED
A recycled lightweight fluted paper on a roll providing an economic, general purpose packaging material suitable for protecting many products whilst in transit.

FOAM ROLLS
Manufactured using closed cell polyethylene.
This strong non-abrasive foam is ideal for protecting
delicate items leaving no residue. The foam is CFC-free
and available in thicknesses of 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 and 4.0mm.
FOAM SOLUTIONS
Standard solutions include:

Foam fittings can also be customised.
